ESB - Lenel Card Reader Access - Estacada Dist 2C HQ and Sandy Maintenance Station

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a contractor to add Lenel Access control to existing motorized cantilever gate and multiple building entry points at Estacada District 2C HQ and Sandy Maintenance Station. The project involves running low voltage wiring, adding Lenel Keypads and Readers, and programming the Lenel Card Access system.

Work Details
The work includes running wire from gate to Card Reader Enclosure, installing conduit, mounting card readers and keypads, coordinating with an electrician for electrical work, programming the system, and testing.
At Estacada HQ, the project also involves installing card readers on exterior and interior doors.
At Sandy Maintenance Station, card readers are to be installed on exterior doors.
The Contractor must comply with all ESB Program requirements.

Period of Performance
The substantial completion date for the project is June 30, 2024, with final completion by July 31, 2024.
The work will take place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays.
The Contractor must coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, maintain orderly progress of the work, and ensure proper cleanup of the site.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at two locations:
Estacada District 2C HQ located at 2225 NW Campus Drive, Estacada, OR 97023;
and Sandy Maintenance Station located at 34250 US-26, Boring, OR 97009.
