Work Details
OYA is seeking quotes for one or more on-call environmental consulting contracts with a total not exceeding $250,000. The required services include:
- Environmental consultation
- Water sampling and testing
- Air quality assessments
- Safety training(s)
- Asbestos management, testing, and remediation
These services will be provided at multiple OYA facilities including:
- Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility
- MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility
- Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility
- Jackie Winters Transition Program
- Camp Riverbend Youth Transitional Facility
- Rogue Valley Youth Correctional Facility
- Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility
- Camp Florence Youth Transitional Facility
- Camp Tillamook Youth Transitional Facility.
The awarded contractor must provide written quotes for each project prior to commencement and may be requested to perform emergency services without prior approval under certain conditions.
Period of Performance
The contract term is estimated to be two years with an option to extend for an additional five years.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations in Oregon including Burns, Woodburn, Albany, La Grande, Grants Pass, Tillamook, and Florence.
