Description
Background
The Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS) is acting on behalf of Oregon Enterprise Information Services (EIS) to request approval for a Special Procurement to direct award a work order contract for Managed Services under the Information Technology Professional Business Master Price and Services Agreement with NTT Data.
EIS provides IT services for Oregon agencies, ensuring accessible, reliable, and secure state technology systems. In 2019, Senate Bill 5502 mandated EIS to migrate all Executive Branch Agencies to an EIS managed Microsoft 365 system. A competitive request for quote in 2021 led to the selection of NTT Data to assist in providing these Managed Services.
Work Details
The contract will involve maintenance and operations support of EIS’s Enterprise Microsoft 365 service from NTT Data. The services include Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for a subset of M365 applications referred to as the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which includes Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Authenticator (MFA), Azure Active Directory, eDiscovery, and limited portions of SharePoint.
The contract aims to remediate issues from a previous purchase order that was incorrectly ordered under a different procurement vehicle. The services will be aligned with the current Service Catalog established under the existing contract.
Period of Performance
The period of performance is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Oregon.
Bidder Requirements
NTT Data is required to have an active IT Professional Business Master Price and Services Agreement (IT Pro MPSA). There are no specific set-aside certifications or additional requirements mentioned.
