Direct Digital Control (DDC)/HVAC System Monitoring, Ordinary Maintenance & On-Call Repair Services

Background
The contract is issued by TriMet, responsible for public transportation in the Portland metropolitan area. The mission of TriMet is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation services. The goal of this contract is to secure Direct Digital Control (DDC) / HVAC System Monitoring, Ordinary Maintenance, and On-Call Repair Services to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

- Direct Digital Control (DDC) / HVAC System Monitoring
- Ordinary Maintenance
- On-Call Repair Services

This includes routine monitoring of HVAC systems, performing ordinary maintenance tasks as required, and providing on-call repair services for any issues that arise. The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant safety documentation as outlined in Section 1.3.7 of the solicitation document.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period, starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations serviced by TriMet within the Portland metropolitan area.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered to do business in the State of Oregon through the Secretary of State's Office. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a completed Bid Forms Packet and safety documentation as specified in the solicitation.
