Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System RFI

Background
The State of Oregon, through its Oregon Housing and Community Services Department (OHCS), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from vendors regarding software solutions for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

The mission of OHCS is to provide stable and affordable housing while developing integrated statewide policies that address poverty and create opportunities for Oregonians. This mission is fulfilled through the administration of programs that provide housing stabilization, primarily delivered via grants to community-based service providers, including local governments and nonprofit entities.

Work Details
OHCS seeks information on CRM systems that offer broad and configurable functionality suitable for a diverse set of divisions with varying requirements. The desired CRM should support customer care, integrate with existing systems such as email and business intelligence tools, and enhance the experience for both customers and staff.
