Comprehensive Security Systems Installation, Integration, and Repair

Background
The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a comprehensive turnkey solution for physical security systems. The goal is to enhance the safety and security of their properties through the installation and integration of advanced security technologies.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a complete solution that includes:

A. Access Control Systems: Installation of electronic door access systems, vehicular gate access control, and software/hardware for user access management.

B. Video Surveillance System: Installation of IP-based surveillance cameras with features like motion detection, night vision, centralized video management software, and compliance with NDAA standards.

C. Electrical and Infrastructure Work: Power supply setup, conduit installation, low-voltage wiring, and grounding as per code.

D. Integration and Commissioning: Full system integration, testing, staff training, and documentation handover.

E. Preventive Maintenance: Routine inspections and repairs of security doors/gates and associated hardware.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period leading up to the completion date of August 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at various locations including Charleston, Coos Bay, Florence, Eugene, and other specified addresses within the jurisdiction of CTCLUSI.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate qualifications through a company profile detailing relevant experience in similar projects. They are required to provide proof of licensing, bonding, insurance, and compliance with Tribal/Federal regulations.
