Background
The Oregon Military Department (OMD) is seeking to establish a contract for the Combat Pistol Qualification Course (CPQC) Project. This initiative aims to repair and enhance the existing ORARNG Combat Pistol Qualification Course at Rees Training Center (RTC) to improve operational readiness.
