Background
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Track Rehabilitation Program for the Existing MAX Alignment Project. Proposers must register on TriMet’s eProcurement System (TriP$) to submit proposals. A 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and material payment bond will be required upon modification of the contract for construction services. Compliance with State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate requirements is mandatory.
