CMGC Services for Beaverton, Oregon City and Gateway Transit Centers

Background
TriMet is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Beaverton and Oregon City Transit Centers Projects.
There is a possibility of adding construction services at the Gateway Transit Center upon funding approval.
The agency aims to enhance public transit infrastructure in these areas.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide both pre-construction and construction services for the Beaverton and Oregon City Transit Centers.
This includes project planning, design consultation, cost estimation, scheduling, and oversight of construction activities.
