OPEEP relies on CIS for financial, legal, administrative, and claims consulting support. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified vendors to audit liability, auto, and property claims for both CIS and OPEEP.
Work Details
The successful vendor will conduct audits of OPEEP’s claims as well as CIS’ auto, liability, and property claims. Key duties include:

The auditor will utilize appropriate sampling techniques to ensure a 90% confidence level in the audits, with a minimum expectation of auditing 60 files for OPEEP and 120 files for CIS.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence in October 2024 with audits conducted in October or November of 2024, 2026, and 2028.
Place of Performance
The audits may be conducted remotely as CIS has paperless files stored in their internal claims management system called Compass.
