Chemical & Water Treatment Services - SRCI

Background
The Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) is seeking to establish a Price Agreement for Chemical and Water Treatment Services at the Snake River Correctional Institution (SRCI) located in Ontario, Oregon. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper treatment and maintenance of cooling towers and closed loop systems within the facility, thereby supporting ODOC's mission to provide safe and secure correctional services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Chemical and Water Treatment Services specifically for cooling towers and closed loop systems as outlined in the ITB. This includes but is not limited to:
- Regular maintenance and monitoring of water quality.
- Application of necessary chemicals to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Documentation of service activities and water quality reports.
- Emergency response services for any water treatment issues that may arise during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the Price Agreement will be two (2) years from the date of award, with potential extensions up to a maximum total term of ten (10) years, subject to mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Snake River Correctional Institution located in Ontario, Oregon.
