Background
Washington County Fleet Services is seeking Cardlock fueling services including Bulk fuel delivery services. The estimated expense for this contract will be $7,500,000. The County reserves the right to modify the schedule at its discretion. Bid Advertised and Released on April 4, 2024. Last Date to Submit Questions is April 26, 2024, 5:00 pm. Work Details
The scope of work includes providing cardlock fueling services and bulk fuel delivery services. This involves providing customer access to the fueling network and all applicable fueling sites, capital and maintenance costs associated with all applicable fueling sites, regulatory requirement issues arising from fuel site operations, accurate accounting of all transaction information, transmission of transaction data in required formats, provision and setup of necessary magnetic fuel cards for contract initiation, provision of site directory information and fire safety training information as required.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance over five years with an estimated annual expenditure of $7,500,000.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the contract include various county locations in Washington County such as Washington County Fairgrounds, Washington County Facilities Management generators located at various county buildings in Hillsboro, Hagg Lake, and Washington County Fleet Services located at 1400 SW Walnut St, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
