Bond Underwriting Services

Background
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is seeking to establish a pool of qualified bond underwriters to provide bond underwriting services.
The goal is to support TriMet's financial operations through the issuance of bonds, which are crucial for funding transportation projects and initiatives.

Work Details
The selected bond underwriters will provide underwriting services for bonds issued by TriMet on a negotiated basis.
This includes senior lien payroll tax bonds and capital grant bonds.
The contract will cover a five-year period starting from July 1, 2025, with an option for two additional two-year extensions beginning July 1, 2030.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period starting July 1, 2025, with options for two additional two-year periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed as needed in relation to bond issuance by TriMet, primarily within the jurisdiction of the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered to do business in the State of Oregon through the Secretary of State's Office.
Additionally, firms must disclose any past suspensions or debarments from government contracting processes and any investigations related to business conduct.
