2025 ITB 7 N Coburg Industrial Way (Coburg)

Background
The City of Eugene is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of N Coburg Industrial Way, which is part of a federal aid project (Project No. 1440(004), ODOT Key No: 21327).
The estimated cost for the project ranges from $800,000 to $1,000,000.
The goal of this contract is to enhance infrastructure and improve transportation facilities in the area.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Cold plane pavement removal
- Asphalt paving
- General excavation
- Construction of a PCC shared-use path
- Construction of PCC driveways
- Installation of a stormwater conveyance system
- Landscaping as per the plans and specifications provided by the Engineer.
Additional incidental work may be requested by the Engineer.
