Background
Morrow County Public Works is seeking proposals for the supply of ACP Level 3 Hot Mix Asphalt. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary materials for paving projects within Morrow County, Oregon, ensuring compliance with local specifications and timely delivery to various sites.

Work Details
The contractor will supply ACP Level 3 Hot Mix Asphalt that meets the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Specifications, Section 00744. The estimated quantity required ranges between 500 and 2,000 tons. Proposals will be evaluated based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with additional consideration given to trucking turn-around times to various paving sites.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from April 2025 to June 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the supplier's location, with delivery to various paving sites in Morrow County, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a statement identifying whether they are a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. They must also include certification of compliance with Oregon tax laws as per ORS 305.385. Additionally, selected suppliers must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance that lists Morrow County as an additional insured and meets specified coverage limits.
