Background
Morrow County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive civil, structural, and surveying engineering services under an on-call contract. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the County has access to professional engineering services as needed for various projects, enhancing the infrastructure and public works within the community.

Work Details
The selected firms will provide a range of engineering services including: Road and Bridge Design, Structural Engineering, Civil Design, Surveying, and Construction Management. Responsibilities include project development, planning, permitting, regulatory compliance, preliminary cost estimates, feasibility studies, coordination with local, state, and federal agencies, and preparation of weekly project status updates.

Services must be available seven days a week with all necessary tools and equipment maintained in good working condition. The contractor will manage multiple projects simultaneously and must ensure compliance with applicable building codes.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be three (3) years with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Morrow County for both County-owned and leased properties.
