Background
The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is seeking to modernize its Heritage Hub system through a Special Procurement process. - Submission/intake capability for users with tracking management
- Internal workflow management (routing, tasking, review steps)
- Records/document management tailored to program needs
- Role-based access controls for user management
- Reporting capabilities for operational management
Optional Modules may include:
- Oregon Archaeological Excavation Program module
- Oregon Qualified Archaeologist (QA) Program module
- Enhancements to OARRA permissions processes
