Background
The Vista House at Crown Point Repair Project is initiated by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, aimed at restoring and repairing the historic Vista House located in Corbett, Oregon. This project is part of the agency's mission to preserve state-owned public buildings and enhance visitor experiences at significant historical sites.

The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to:
1. Mobilization;
2. Site Protection;
3. Dome Level, Gutter and Downspout Repair;
4. Dome Level, Exhaust Hood Modifications;
5. Level 2, Window Sealing;
6. Level 1 & 2, Downspout Repair;
7. Level 2, West Penthouse & Stairwell Repair;
8. Level 2, East Penthouse & Stairwell Repair;
9. Level 1, Window Modifications;
10. Level 1, Door Repair;
11. Level 1, Concrete Vault Light;
12. Level 1, Vault Light Sealing;
13. Level 1, Subsurface Drain;
14. Basement, Wall Membrane;
15. Basement, Concrete Beam Repair;
16. Basement, Dehumidifier Units;
17. Basement, Plumbing Trap Assembly; and
18. Basement, PVC Drainage Pipes.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to start upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must achieve substantial completion by June 20, 2025.
Final completion is due by June 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Vista House located at Crown Point on the Historic Columbia River Highway in Corbett, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) prior to bidding on Public Improvement Contracts.
They must also provide a Public Works bond filed with the CCB before starting work on the project.
