Background
The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Arcadia Beach State Recreation Site Improvements Project. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities at the Arcadia Beach State Recreation Site, which is a state-owned public property located in Clatsop County, Oregon. This project aims to improve accessibility and overall visitor experience at the site.

- Traffic Control
- Construction Survey
- General Project Demolition
- Site Excavation
- Grading, Shaping and Compaction
- Base Aggregate
- Asphalt Concrete Pavement
- 3/8 Trail Aggregate
- Top Soil
- Landscaping
- Permanent Reseeding
- Drainage Swale
- Vehicle Counter Installation
- Gate Installation
- Parking Wheel Stops Installation
- Signage Installation
- Pavement Markings.
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, and manufactured articles necessary for the completion of the work as specified in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
The project is scheduled to start on April 30, 2025 or upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion is expected by June 20, 2025, and final completion by June 27, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Arcadia Beach State Recreation Site located on Highway 101 in Cannon Beach, Oregon.
