SW1050 comprehensive Deliverables Based IT Service

Background
The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Information Services Division (ISD) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic information technology directions, standards, and enterprise architecture. The goal of this contract is to assist customers with efficient and effective tools necessary for daily operations by awarding contracts to suppliers that provide comprehensive Deliverables Based IT Services (DBITS) for various software IT projects.

Work Details
Suppliers are expected to provide comprehensive Deliverables Based IT Services (DBITS) covering the entire project lifecycle including project design, implementation, review, planning, application development, testing, and more. The services should encompass various technology environments such as mainframe, client-server, desktop applications, web services, cloud computing, mobile applications, and telecom.

Specific service categories include:
- IT Assessments, Planning and Solicitation Assistance
- Project Management
- Application Development and Maintenance
- Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Technology Upgrade/Migration and Transformation
- Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse. Each supplier must demonstrate their ability to apply best practices in project management and software development.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year with four one-year options for renewal.

Services will be performed for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services located at 3115 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
