Background
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Information Services Division (ISD) is seeking responses from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for 3rd Party Equipment Maintenance Services to Oklahoma state agencies and affiliates. The goal of this contract is to reduce costs and downtime by contracting with a company that has documented experience and expertise in maintaining various types of equipment, including technology, security, office, medical, mail processing, laboratory, financial, and communication equipment.
This contract will be awarded as a non-mandatory Statewide contract on behalf of the State of Oklahoma’s OMES ISD, allowing all state agencies and affiliates to utilize it.
Work Details
The Supplier will provide comprehensive 3rd Party Equipment Maintenance Services which include:
- Regular maintenance and repair services for various types of equipment such as technology, security systems, office equipment, medical devices, mail processing systems, laboratory instruments, financial systems, and communication devices.
- The Supplier must demonstrate documented experience and expertise in these areas to ensure effective service delivery.
- The services are intended to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs for the state agencies utilizing this contract.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a specified duration as outlined in the final agreement. Specific timelines for deliverables will be established during the contracting process.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations across the State of Oklahoma as designated by the participating state agencies.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific certifications and requirements including but not limited to:
- Compliance with applicable federal laws regarding sensitive data handling (e.g., HIPAA).
- Relevant licenses and registrations to operate within Oklahoma.
- Demonstration of capacity for subcontracting if necessary.
