Background
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide hourly temporary Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services for State Agencies and Affiliates. This initiative aims to support the state's mission by offering flexible staffing solutions for intermittent project requirements in information technology and telecommunications.

Work Details
Suppliers will provide services across sixteen categories including:

- Administrative Services
- Project Management
- Application Development and Support
- Enterprise Architecture
- Customer Service/Helpdesk
- Data Services
- Information Technology Security
- Systems Administration/Design/Support
- Training and Communications
- Digital Design & Development
- Computer Break/Fix Services
- Technical Grant Proposal Services
- Accessibility/Quality Assurance
- Cloud Engineering
- Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.

Each category has specific job titles and descriptions that outline the expected functions and responsibilities. For instance, Project Managers will coordinate technology integration projects while Application Developers will handle coding and support for business applications.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term begins on the execution date of the service agreement and extends through September 30, 2027. There are options to renew the contract for up to three additional one-year terms, potentially extending the final agreement end date to September 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided to various Oklahoma state agencies and interlocal entities as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in IT staffing delivery. They are required to submit a completed Responding Bidder Information form (Form CP076), a Certification for Competitive Bid (Non-Collusion Form CP004), a current Certificate of Insurance (COI), and an Authority to Operate (ATO). Additionally, bidders must set up a generic email address for communication regarding Statements of Work.
