SoonerVision Media Storage & Archive

Background
The University of Oklahoma, through the Board of Regents, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for services related to media storage and archiving for SoonerVision (SV), the in-house video production arm of OU athletics.
The goal is to find a supplier that can provide comprehensive solutions to meet the media storage and archive needs of the university's athletic department.

Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for advising, soliciting, installing, and maintaining media storage and archive solutions specifically tailored for SoonerVision.
This includes developing a storage solution plan, an archive solution plan, a Media Asset Management (MAM) or Production Asset Management (PAM) plan, an Avid Interplay metadata migration solution, and an archive migration plan.
Additionally, the supplier must outline a phasing plan for project implementation.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the completion of the project as outlined in the proposal.
Specific timelines will be determined during the bidding process.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Oklahoma's facilities, specifically those associated with SoonerVision.
