Security Services

Background
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek qualified suppliers for security services.
The goal is to assist the University Police Department (OUPD) and various University departments, primarily the Department of Student Affairs, the Department of Athletics, and Bizzell Memorial Library.

Work Details
The contract includes providing full-time security services for Bizzell Library and event security for University departments, including but not limited to Athletics and Student Affairs.
Suppliers may bid on all or partial services included in this solicitation. The University may award contracts to one or multiple suppliers based on the proposals received.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence after the proposal evaluation and award process, with specific dates to be determined upon contract award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the University of Oklahoma, including Bizzell Library and other campus venues hosting events.
