Reputation and Crisis Management OSUA&M Board of Regents

Background
The OSU A&M Board of Regents and Oklahoma State University A&M System are seeking proposals for as-needed reputation management and crisis management services. This initiative aims to support the OSU A&M Board of Regents and all institutions under its governance, including Oklahoma State University and its campuses, as well as other regional colleges.

The selected agency(ies) will provide strategic communication support tailored to the unique needs of each institution.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the provision of reputation management and crisis communications services for the OSU A&M Board of Regents and all OSU/A&M institutions. The selected vendors must demonstrate the capability to serve diverse institutional contexts, including comprehensive land-grant universities and regional colleges.

Services include:
- Reputation Management Services
- Crisis Communications Services.

The contract will establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors that can be utilized on an as-needed basis for projects of varying size and scope.

Period of Performance
The solicitation is open from December 10, 2024, until January 7, 2025, with services to be provided on an as-needed basis thereafter.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed across various locations associated with the OSU A&M Board of Regents and its institutions, including but not limited to Oklahoma State University Stillwater, OSU-OKC, OSU-Tulsa, OSUIT, Center for Health Sciences, Langston University, Oklahoma Panhandle State University, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, and Connors State College.
