Replacement of Boiler & Chiller with HVAC System at Therapy Center - Ft Supply, OK

Background
The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of the boiler and chiller with a new HVAC system at the Therapy Center located at 193461 East County Road 304, Fort Supply, OK 73841.
The project aims to enhance the facility's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning capabilities to better serve its purpose.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary project management, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete the work as outlined in the contract documents. This includes:
1. Replacement of existing boiler and chiller systems with a new HVAC system.
2. Installation of DDC control remote system as an alternate bid option which includes control panels and remote monitoring station setup.
3. Cleaning of existing ductwork as an alternate bid option for systems with equipment replacement.
4. Compliance with all relevant state laws and regulations regarding public construction.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be completed within 315 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed/Work Order.
