The City of Edmond is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the printing of the 2026 Strategic Plan Brochure. This initiative is part of the city's commitment to transparency and effective communication with its citizens regarding strategic planning and development goals.

Work Details
The contractor will provide printing services for the 2026 Strategic Plan Brochure, which includes:
- Size: 17 inches (width) x 11 inches (tall), bi-folded to 8.5 inches (width) x 11 inches (tall)
- Quantity: 300 copies
- Paper: 100lb. Cover Bright White Gloss, Appleton Coated: Utopia Two or Equivalent
- Color: Full color printing (4/4 CMYK)
- Bleeds: Yes
- Special Instructions: Score fold required
- Delivery deadline is set for 10 business days from the delivery of artwork to the awarded printer.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and will conclude with the delivery of printed brochures within 10 business days after receipt of artwork.

Place of Performance
The brochures are to be printed and delivered to the City of Edmond, specifically addressed to the Marketing Department located at 22 E. Main Street, Edmond, OK 73034.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge acceptance of firm quoted prices that include all materials, setup, imprinting, and delivery. Additionally, suppliers should be prepared to accept credit card payments via a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement.
