OMES Waste Removal-Oklahoma City

Background
The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is seeking to establish an annual contract for solid waste trash disposal services for its facilities in the Oklahoma City area.
The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient and compliant waste management for buildings managed by OMES, Capital Assets and Management (CAM), and the Office of Facilities Management (OFM).

Work Details
The contractor will provide solid waste trash disposal services, which include:
- Monthly service costs and additional pickup costs per building.
- Specific service requirements for various locations, including:
- State Capitol Building: Six (6) three-cubic yard containers serviced five times a week.
- Judicial Center Building: One (1) eight-cubic yard container serviced three times a week.
- Allen Wright Memorial Library: One (1) six-cubic yard container serviced two times a week.
- Governor’s Mansion: One (1) two-cubic yard container serviced three times a week.
- Various other buildings with specified cubic yard containers and service frequencies ranging from once to five times per week.
- All containers must be equipped with rollers (casters) where specified.
- The contractor is responsible for maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all applicable laws during service.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on July 1, 2024, and conclude on June 30, 2025, with options to renew annually for four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations in the Oklahoma City area, specifically at facilities managed by OMES, CAM, and OFM.
