Background
The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding a comprehensive web-based platform designed to support individuals accessing mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services in Oklahoma.

The platform aims to enhance access to behavioral health resources, connect individuals with appropriate services, and ensure continuous follow-up. This RFI is intended to gather information on potential solutions, vendor capabilities, and best practices.

Work Details
The proposed platform should include:
1. Resource Mapping: A comprehensive database of mental health resources including public and private providers, support groups, crisis intervention services, and educational materials; real-time updates and geolocation features; categorization and filtering options.
2. Closed Loop Referral System: A secure referral management system that tracks the status of referrals; notifications for providers and caregivers; feedback mechanisms for service access confirmation; compliance with HIPAA regulations.
3. User Interface: An intuitive interface for users with accessibility features and multilingual support.
4. Integration: Ability to integrate with existing health information systems and APIs for data exchange.
5. Reporting: Tools for tracking referral patterns and customizable reporting for stakeholders.
6. Support: Ongoing technical support, maintenance plans, and training resources.

Period of Performance
The contract term is initially set for one year with four one-year options to renew.

The services will be performed within the state of Oklahoma.
