Norman AFRC Landscaping/Lawn Care Beg 03-2025

Background
The Oklahoma Military Department is seeking professional landscaping and lawn care services for the Norman Armed Forces Reserve Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure comprehensive maintenance of the grounds, including lawns, shrubs, and trees, to support the operational readiness of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for comprehensive landscape maintenance services within the boundaries of the Norman Armed Forces Reserve Center. This includes:

1) Monthly maintenance services for lawns and landscaping;
2) Pre and post emergent services as needed, with a requirement for approval from the OMD Contract Manager prior to service;
3) Submission of a single rate per month for all periods (initial and option periods) inclusive of all services/costs/fees/charges;
4) Submission of pesticide licenses as listed in Attachment C and Statement of Work;
5) Insurance certifications including Workers' Compensation, Automobile, and General Liability as specified in Attachment B.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be from March 1, 2025 (or upon issuance of a Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed) through February 28, 2026. There are options to renew for up to two consecutive one-year periods, with each renewal contingent upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
