Background
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking potential suppliers to provide a contract for ITS Roadway Data Collection Services. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive ITS Roadway Data Collection Services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Collecting real-time traffic data from various sources.
- Analyzing data to identify traffic patterns and trends.
- Providing reports that summarize findings and recommendations for traffic management improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding data collection and reporting.
- Utilizing advanced technology and methodologies for accurate data collection.

Period of Performance

Place of Performance
Services will be performed throughout the state of Oklahoma, specifically on designated roadways as determined by ODOT.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with federal regulations including but not limited to:
1) US DOT Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts;
2) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964;
3) Drug-Free Workplace requirements;
4) Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation goals as defined in 49 CFR Part 26;
5) Certification of eligibility regarding suspension or debarment from federal contracts.
