Background
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Workforce Commission to develop and create the Oklahoma Integrated Workforce Data Dashboard. This initiative aims to address the scattered and disaggregated data processes currently supporting workforce efforts. The contract involves several key stages:
1) Collecting and identifying relevant data from various sources;
2) Designing and developing the dashboard;

5) Expanding capabilities by integrating additional data sources;
6) Emphasizing user interface and interactivity for enhanced user experience;
7) Conducting testing and quality assurance for functionality and accuracy;
8) Gathering stakeholder feedback throughout development;
9) Establishing plans for ongoing updates, data refreshes, documentation, and training.
All deliverables must adhere to industry standards such as IEEE 1016, TOGAF, NIST SP 800-53/ISO 27001, OpenAPI, WCAG 2.1, and DAMA-DMBOK.
Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year with four one-year options to renew.
