Background
Cleveland County is issuing a one-year non-encumbered contract for Inmate and Detention Supplies. The purpose of this contract is to provide necessary supplies for the county's detention facilities, ensuring that all items are available at all times during the contract period. This contract aims to meet the operational needs of Cleveland County's correctional facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will supply various inmate and detention supplies including safety and restraint items, inmate products, bed and bath items, paper products, miscellaneous items, HVAC equipment, and cleaning products. Specific items include:

- **Safety & Restraint Items:** Smith & Wesson Model 1900 Leg Irons, Transport Waist Chains with Handcuffs, Model 100 Chain Handcuffs, Suicide Safety Smocks and Blankets.

- **Inmate Products:** Inmate Razors, Indigent Kits (including first-class envelopes, paper sheets, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo & body wash), Flexible Tumblers and Sporks.

- **Bed & Bath:** Mattresses (clear seam sealed), Inmate Blankets, Fitted Sheets in specified sizes.

- **Paper Products:** Coreless Bath Tissue and Jumbo Tissue.

- **Miscellaneous Items:** Golf Pencils, Body Fluid Cleanup Kits, Inmate Spit Hoods.

- **Gloves:** Nitrile Gloves in various sizes.

- **Shower Curtains** with specific dimensions and materials.

- **Waste Baskets** and Trash Bags with specific requirements for liners.

- **Cleaning Products** including mop handles and brooms.

- **HVAC Equipment** including various belts and pleated filters. All items must be available at all times during the bid period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Cleveland County Office Building located in Norman, Oklahoma.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a notarized sworn 'Statement of Non-Collusion' with original signatures. All bids must comply with Oklahoma laws regarding bidding for goods or services to a county. Bidders are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and closing date.
