Digital Interactive Signage

Background
Cleveland County is issuing this solicitation for the purchase and installation of new Digital Interactive Signage at the Cleveland County Courthouse/Office Building. The goal of this contract is to enhance communication and information dissemination within the courthouse through modern digital signage solutions. The project includes not only the hardware but also necessary software and support services to ensure effective operation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products and services:

1) One (1) 55” Outdoor Interactive Kit with Enclosure;
2) One (1) 55” Indoor Interactive Kit with Enclosure;
3) Training for staff on the use of the new signage;
4) One year of Software and Support, including remote interactive template/content setup assistance;
5) A mandatory site survey prior to installation;
6) Complete installation of all equipment.

All work performed must comply with applicable local, state, and national ordinances, codes, and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by the end of the specified timeline as agreed upon in the contract. Specific dates will be determined during the bidding process.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Cleveland County Courthouse/Office Building located in Norman, Oklahoma.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cleveland County Commissioner’s Meeting Room. Bidders are required to submit an executed Business Relationship Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit with their bid. Additionally, bidders must provide certifications of insurance including Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance, naming Cleveland County as an additional assured.
