Cooling Tower Services

Background
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cooling Tower Services. The mission of the University is to maintain and enhance its campus facilities, ensuring efficient operation and safety.

The goal of this contract is to secure services for preventative maintenance, testing, inspections, new installations, overhauls, and repairs on campus cooling tower systems and equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services: perform preventative maintenance, conduct testing and inspections, execute new installations, carry out overhauls, and provide repair services on campus cooling tower systems and equipment.

Additionally, the contractor will supply necessary parts and materials for these systems.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until May 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed on the campus of The University of Oklahoma.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capabilities in providing full-service capabilities including both labor and materials or labor and technical services only.

Bidders are encouraged to provide references from similar projects. Compliance with insurance requirements as specified in the solicitation attachments is mandatory.
