Background
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to develop a wellness portal that enhances existing initiatives.
The goal is to provide a personalized experience for participants, increase engagement with the wellness program, and offer strategic guidance to position the University as one of the healthiest employers in the state.

Work Details
The selected Supplier will collaborate with the University to develop a wellness portal.
This includes providing personalized experiences for users, boosting engagement in wellness programs, and delivering strategic guidance.
The University prefers to award the contract to a single Supplier but reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed beneficial.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the project, with specific timelines outlined in the proposal response.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at The University of Oklahoma's facilities or as specified in the proposal response.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all solicitation instructions and requirements outlined in the attached documents.
They must certify that they are not debarred or suspended from receiving federal funds and disclose any conflicts of interest.
Bidders are required to provide references from similar projects and submit a pricing proposal detailing all costs associated with the project.
