Chiller And Cooling Tower Services

Background
Union Public Schools is seeking bids for routine maintenance on district-wide chillers and cooling towers, as well as additional services and repairs as needed. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the cooling systems within the school district.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Annual District-Wide Chillers and Cooling Towers Maintenance Price based on equipment list and scope found in the Scope of Work document.

2. Alternate: Biennial District-Wide Chillers and Cooling Towers Maintenance Price, which involves staggered maintenance with half the equipment maintained in year 1 and the other half in year 2, repeating for subsequent years.

3. Hourly repair rates during regular business hours for repairs to chillers and cooling towers.

4. Hourly repair rates for services performed during off-business hours.

5. Optional services including Eddy Testing and Analysis for chiller condensers and evaporators on an as-needed basis.

6. A percentage off list price for parts needed for repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on May 9, 2025, and conclude on May 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Union Public Schools district in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Bidder Requirements
All vendors are eligible to respond to this bid. Bidders must submit required documents prior to award including a Non-Collusion and Business Relationship Statement Affidavit, Company Profile Questionnaire, and relevant experience documentation.
