Background
Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive network assessment to evaluate the current health, performance, and security posture of its IT environment across all CNE Casino properties. The goal of this assessment is to identify vulnerabilities, bottlenecks, outdated configurations, and potential risks that could impact reliability or expose the organization to threats. This initiative aligns with CNE's mission to ensure its network infrastructure supports strategic planning and operational needs.
Work Details
The contractor will perform a complete network assessment that includes:
- A device configuration assessment
- National Institute of Standards Compliance assessment
- General network device configuration hardening assessment
- Hardware lifecycle assessment
- Software lifecycle assessment
- Manual overview of the network architecture, routing, and baseline configuration.
The results will guide strategic planning and support capacity and upgrade decisions.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon agreement by both parties and is expected to be completed as outlined in the Bid Schedule provided in the RFP documents.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed across all Cherokee Nation Entertainment Casino properties.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar work completed in the past five years. They must also provide evidence of financial ability to perform the work successfully. Preference will be given to Indian organizations and Indian-owned enterprises certified by TERO. Bidders are required to submit a subcontractor plan detailing the percentage of work that will be subcontracted along with TERO certification if applicable.
