Background
Cherokee Nation Entertainment, L.L.C. (CNE), a wholly owned tribal corporation of the Cherokee Nation, is seeking proposals for the Hard Rock Live Audio System Upgrades. The goal of this contract is to enhance the audio capabilities at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma, ensuring high-quality sound for events and performances.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the purchase, delivery, and installation of audio systems upgrades to the existing infrastructure at Hard Rock Live. This includes but is not limited to:
- Installation of audio PA speakers and stage monitor wedge systems.
- Provision of compact 3-way line array loudspeaker modules (5 units) and additional line array module packages (1 unit).
- Installation of subwoofers (6 units) and associated flying frame assemblies.
- Provision of center fills, out fills, front fills, and delay loudspeakers with necessary cabling and rigging packages.
- Supply of touring amplifier racks, high-power multichannel amplifiers, system processing equipment, and monitor systems.
- Installation of power distribution units and motor packages for control.
- Complete setup of wireless IEM systems with transmitters and receivers along with necessary charging stations.
All installations must comply with specifications outlined by HRL Management & Technical Director.
Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence after the award notification and must be completed within a timeline agreed upon with HRL Management & Technical Director, considering venue schedules.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of experience in similar projects within the last five years. They are required to submit a subcontractor plan indicating the percentage or dollar amount of work to be subcontracted along with TERO certification if applicable. Additionally, bidders must comply with Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission licensing requirements.
