Arc Flash and IR Study

Background
The University of Oklahoma, through its Board of Regents, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified suppliers for updating the existing Arc Flash Hazard Study across its campus facilities.
The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with the 2024 NFPA 70E standards and to enhance safety measures related to electrical equipment on campus.

Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for updating the existing Arc Flash Hazard Study and conducting a comprehensive infrared (IR) thermographic inspection of electrical equipment.
The supplier will utilize existing SKM files and one-line drawings from the previous study.
The proposal must include a detailed scope of work, pricing schedule, and adhere to all instructions provided in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 6, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across various campus facilities of the University of Oklahoma.
