Description

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners will receive sealed proposals made in duplicate at the Ottawa County Courthouse, 315 Madison Street, Suite 103, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 to the attention of Ottawa County Board of Commissioners. Please see attached document for additional information.
Background
The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners is issuing a solicitation for the construction of a Workforce Hub for the Ottawa County Improvement Corporation, located at 8200 W State Rte 163, Oak Harbor, Ohio.
The goal of this contract is to establish a facility that will support workforce development initiatives in the region.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of the Workforce Hub as specified in the provided drawings and specifications.
