WDC painting project

Background
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is issuing this solicitation for the repair and painting of eight residential houses at the Warrensville Developmental Center, which serves individuals with developmental and other disabilities.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the interior of these residential buildings is properly maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Work Details
The contractor will provide interior painting services for eight residential buildings at the Warrensville Developmental Center. This includes:
- Application of one or two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint – Semi Gloss, ensuring complete coverage.
- All paint colors must be preapproved by the Maintenance Superintendent and consistent with the existing WDC color scheme.
- Removal and reinstallation of cover plates and items hanging on walls.
- Cleaning and spray painting of ceiling vents.
- Completion of bedrooms on the same day.
- Minor wall repair and painting of all painted surfaces inside and out, including ceilings, for approximately 14,791 square feet per full house (totaling 88,746 square feet for six full houses) and approximately 7,395 square feet per half house (totaling 14,790 square feet for two half houses).

Period of Performance
The initial awarded contract is estimated to become effective on April 1, 2025, and remain effective through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Warrensville Developmental Center located at 4325 Green Rd., Highland Hills, OH 44128.
