Video Production Services RFP

Background
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified production companies to create videos that promote the Agency's impact throughout Ohio. The goal of this contract is to educate the audience on OHFA's key programs and initiatives, as well as its role in the housing industry. This includes producing a 30-second broadcast quality commercial for advertising campaigns.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for:

1. Developing at least three videos (2-3 minutes each) and one 30-second commercial in collaboration with OHFA.

2. Creating concepts, strategies, and messaging for each video and the commercial.

3. Identifying stakeholders and customers for participation in the videos.

4. Shooting footage at no more than five locations across Ohio.

5. Editing and producing high-quality original videos based on industry standards, including HD shooting, voiceover talent, closed captioning capability, music licensing, and animated/motion graphics up to one minute of video.

6. Delivering final videos through a digital file transfer site in formats suitable for web and social media distribution.

7. Providing RAW files to OHFA via digital transfer or external hard drive.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 1, 2025, and all activities must be completed by June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations across Ohio.
