To be considered equal, the metal carport must meet or exceed the following specifications: 20’ Wide, 22’ Long, 12.5’ High, engineered for 52 lb. ground/37 lb. roof snow load, roof coverage is 23' 10" and frame length is 22.5' with 4.5' on center spacing of side posts, galvanized 2" x 3" steel frame, side wall height is 12' 6", peak height is 15', roof pitch is 3:12, interior clearance height of 12' 5-1/2", roof sheeting will come down the sides approximately 41", wind load is 90 MPH when anchored per instructions.
It must include: Pro-Rib® steel roof with a limited 40-year paint warranty, 30" Rebar ground anchors, all necessary frame components, all necessary roof/side steel panels, assembly instructions/parts list, butyl caulk tape for sealing roof steel seams, matching roof color self-tapping screws with washer, vinyl trim for protecting roof steel ends, galvanized steel frame with a 20-year warranty, 12 frame legs of 15 gauge and size of 2”x3”, roof must wrap down walls at least 36 inches, all fastening hardware for roof and matching color included.
