Background
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities/Division of Power and Water is seeking formal bids to establish a contract for the purchase of one (1) Compact Hydro Excavation Trailer. The goal is to procure this equipment to enhance operational capabilities within the division.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and immediate delivery of one (1) Pacific Tek PV100-D1WS Compact Hydro Excavation Trailer. Bidders must document their certified reseller partnership with the manufacturer and demonstrate experience in providing similar equipment and warranty service. Specific requirements include:

- Engine: Minimum 26.5HP gas powered with electronic fuel injection and a minimum 6-gallon aluminum fuel cell.
- Payload capacity: Minimum of 5,000 lbs.
- Vacuum debris tank: Maximum capacity of 100 gallons and minimum capacity of 95 gallons, with a blower set for relief at 15in/vac minimum.
- Pressure washer: Minimum capability of 3500PSI@4 GPM with a minimum 60-gallon fresh water tank.
- Training: A minimum of four hours covering driver operation and safe handling of the equipment, scheduled at a specified location in Columbus, OH.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a one-time purchase with immediate delivery required upon award.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Fleet Management Division, 4211 Groves Road, Columbus, Ohio 43232.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide documentation including:

- Experience outline in providing similar equipment and warranty service for the past five years.
- References from at least four customers with documented successful contracts similar in scope and complexity.
- Local service provider capable of responding to warranty repairs within 24 hours. All subcontractors must have valid contract compliance certification.
