Third Party Recruitment RFP

Work Requested:
The contract seeks qualified vendors to provide third party recruitment services. Vendors are expected to complete all requested information as outlined in the RFP and submit comprehensive proposals addressing the requirements.

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by Columbus City Schools.

Background:
Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has set an aspirational goal of 20% participation by LEDE businesses. Vendors are strongly encouraged to make a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving these LEDE participation goals. Contract Requirements:

• All vendor questions must be submitted via Public Purchase by April 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (ET). Questions will not be accepted by phone or email.
• Answers to vendor questions will be posted by April 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (EST).
• All RFP submissions must be uploaded to the Public Purchase website (www.publicpurchase.com) no later than 4:00 p.m. (ET) on May 1, 2026.
• Submissions delivered by any means other than the Public Purchase website will not be accepted.
• Vendors are responsible for checking the Public Purchase website for any addenda and must ensure their submissions incorporate all available information.

Instructions on Submission:

• Submit all questions and final RFP responses exclusively through the Public Purchase website.
• Do not submit questions or responses via phone or email.
• Vendors must complete all requested information as instructed in the RFP and upload their responses to the Public Purchase website.
• The District does not provide progress updates; all information will be communicated via Public Purchase.
