Thermal Imaging Cameras, Equipment, and Supplies

Background
The City of Cincinnati is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the provision and delivery of thermal imaging cameras, equipment, and supplies specifically for the Cincinnati Fire Department (CFD).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the CFD through the acquisition of essential thermal imaging technology.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing thermal imaging cameras, equipment, and supplies as specified in the bid documents.
This includes ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and standards set forth by the City.
The contractor must deliver these items as ordered during the contract period, which is expected to cover a twelve-month duration with potential for renewal.
The quantities required are estimates and may vary based on actual needs during the contract term.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin on the effective date of the contract and will last for twelve (12) months.
There is an option for four (4) additional twelve-month renewal periods, which can extend the total duration up to forty-eight (48) months from the effective date.

Place of Performance
The delivery of thermal imaging cameras, equipment, and supplies will take place at locations designated by the Cincinnati Fire Department within the City of Cincinnati.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered on the City’s Vendor Self Service website to submit a bid.
They are required to provide proof of insurance coverage including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Automobile Liability as specified in the bid documents.
Additionally, bidders must comply with non-discrimination policies and submit a DEI 147 form if awarded a contract.
Bidders must also ensure that they are not listed as ineligible vendors by verifying their status against the City’s list.
