SODC Patient Lift

Background
The Southwest Ohio Developmental Center (SODC) is a Medicaid-certified Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID), operated by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).

The goal of this contract is to procure a patient floor lifter to assist in the care of individuals with developmental and other disabilities.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of one Patient Floor Lifter for the Southwest Ohio Developmental Center.

The preferred model is the ARJO Maxi Move Floor Lifter KMCSXN-D, but bids on similar patient lifts that meet the same specifications will also be accepted. The lift must not include a scale and should have standard castors.

The facility has a commercial dock available for delivery.

Period of Performance
The project will commence within 30 days following the awarding of the contract.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Southwest Ohio Developmental Center located at 4399 E. Bauman Ln, Batavia, Ohio 45103.

Bidder Requirements
The supplier must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and registrations throughout the duration of the project.

Additionally, suppliers are required to perform all services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence in accordance with industry standards.
