Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving proposals until 1:00 PM local time on May 13, 2025 to procure contract for an Owner's Representative (OR) / Project Management Services for the Real Time Crime Center & Public Safety Operations Campus. The OR shall provide scope management, risk management, configuration management, project reporting, progress meetings, project closeout, and services for the duration of the construction period as well as other services identified in the bidding documents. *** The MBE/WBE Goal for this project is: 20% A pre-proposal meeting shall be held at 90 West Broad St. Room 418, Columbus Ohio 43215 at 2:00 PM local time on April 29, 2025.
