RQ16007: FMLA Administration & Consulting Services

Background
Cuyahoga County, through its Department of Human Resources, is seeking proposals for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Administration and Consulting Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management and compliance with FMLA regulations, supporting the county's mission to provide quality human resources services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive FMLA administration and consulting services, which include but are not limited to:

- Managing FMLA leave requests
- Tracking employee leave balances
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Providing training for HR staff on FMLA policies
- Offering guidance on best practices for FMLA administration.

The contractor may also be required to assist in developing policies related to FMLA and provide ongoing support throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract duration is three years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
